Locally inspired athleisure company expanding to Dublin, Ohio
DUBLIN, OHIO - Bend Active, an “inspired” fit-fashion apparel brand focused on high quality products with style, has announced they will be expanding to Bridge Park in Dublin, Ohio. Bend will occupy 600 SF at 4544 Bridge Park Avenue and is expected to open next month. This is the second storefront for the apparel brand, with its first location at West Lane Avenue in Upper Arlington.
Bend Active offers a variety of athleisure options including tank tops, bras, tees, sweatshirts, leggings, capris, shorts, accessories and much more. Bend focuses on local and offers The Ohio State University and Ohio University apparel as well as City of Dublin, Columbus and Cincinnati options. In addition to performance-based wear, Bend hosts numerous classes and events in the communities they reside in, including fitness classes and Girls Night Out events.
“Bridge Park is the perfect location for our second store, with its close proximity to downtown Dublin, the river and numerous walking and biking paths,” said Laura Heller, Owner of Bend Active. “This area is full of vibrancy and we can’t wait to offer fun, high quality performance-based options for visitors and residents of this community.”
Bend features collections that support various non-profit organizations. Current designs include The Shelley Meyer Collection, a limited-edition collection with a portion of the proceeds going to The Urban & Shelley Meyer Fund for Cancer Research, and Step up for Stefanie, in partnership with the Stefanie Spielman Fund for Breast Cancer Research at The Ohio State University Comprehensive Cancer Center - Arthur G James Cancer Hospital and Richard J. Solove Research Institute (OSUCCC-James).
