Coworking and Collaborative Meeting Space Expands at Bridge Park

Brick House Blue announces 9,100 SF expansion in Dublin, Ohio

DUBLIN, OHIO – Construction has begun on the newly announced Brick House Blue expansion at Bridge Park in downtown Dublin, Ohio. The new 9,100 square foot coworking and collaborative meeting venue is set to open in January 2020 at the 6515 Longshore building, just east of The Exchange Events Center in the development.

This is the second space for Brick House Blue at Bridge Park; the first location operating at 6605 Longshore Street, Suite 240. The current space includes 115 coworking members, and the new expansion space will allow for 150 additional members.

“We’re excited to open a second location at Bridge Park for the benefit of the community as a whole,” said Cid Rhomberg, chief experience officer at Brick House Blue. “Our members get to experience all that Bridge Park offers, including the live, work and play options here. In addition, we’re able to provide an incubator option for office tenants who are looking to move into the neighborhood. It’s a win-win all around.”

Flexibility was key when laying out the new space, said Rhomberg. The newest location will differ slightly from the existing Brick House Blue, offering less conference space in lieu of a variety of rooms ranging from 70 to 500 square feet that are easily adaptable to fit members’ needs. The overall design and concept will stay consistent to the existing Brick House Blue, including large open spaces and rustic finishes such as garage doors and barnwood. One exciting new feature is a fully equipped podcast room, which will also serve as a place for video and social media content creation.

“It’s the ideal time for Brick House Blue to expand their services to two spaces, as the coworking trend is only gaining momentum,” said Bob Hoying, principal at Crawford Hoying. “Brick House Blue has been and continues to be a wonderful addition to the community and we look forward to them opening their second location here at Bridge Park early next year.”

A long list of companies now calls Bridge Park home including Crawford Hoying, Wells Fargo Financial Advisors, Kappa Kappa Gamma, Updox, Touch Bionics, Stifel Nicolaus, MSF Real Estate Capital, Hosket Ulen Insurance, Duke Realty, Stewart Title, Home Savings Bank and more.
