Stifel Nicolaus to Open Office at New Bridge Park Community
Firm will occupy over 7,500 square feet of room in the Dublin development.
DUBLIN, OHIO – Crawford Hoying’s new Bridge Park development is making plenty of room—7,738 square feet of floor space to be exact—for their newest tenant, Stifel Nicolaus. Brent Crawford, principal of Crawford Hoying, made the announcement that the full-service wealth management and investment-banking firm will be calling Bridge Park home.
“With Crawford Hoying’s most ambitious venture to date, our goal for Bridge Park is to transform an underutilized part of Dublin into a flourishing multi-use community,” said Crawford. “For Bridge Park to thrive, it’s critical to have distinguished companies, like Stifel, that will drive Dublin residents to the development, and we are excited to have them join us in our move.”
The building is located at 4550 Bridge Park Avenue, which is parallel to Riverside Drive, and will be completed by early December 2017. Stifel will comfortably occupy the second floor, just above RAM Restaurant & Brewery and Fukuryu Ramen.
With more than 390 locations, 26 of Stifel’s offices are located in Ohio. Dublin is an attractive spot for the company due to its successes working with clients in the area. Since 1998, Dublin’s Branch Manager Steven Jefferis has grown with the company and is in no hurry to change that; he will be co-managing the new Bridge Park office with Kurt Schlemitz, branch manager of Stifel’s downtown location.
“Our clients drive our business and are the heart of who we are,” said Jefferis. “We are thrilled to be a part of the Bridge Park Development and believe that it offers a nice mix of retail and office space that will both welcome and impress our guests.”
The Dublin team will be merging with some of the downtown employees, and will make the move together in 2017. They plan to bring approximately 20 jobs to Bridge Park.
